Refund

Funds Refund:

1. Refund of Unused Funds. Funds are added by users at specified rates. Users may request refund of unused funds at anytime. Typically, this will be processed within 10 business days.

2. Refund of Used Funds (Class not started yet): Users may request refund of used funds. Simply by withdrawing from the course, your funds will automatically be credited back to your account.

3. Refund of Used Funds (Class has started or is completed.): Users will receive prorated refund within 24 hours of first class. No refund will be issued 24 hours after first class.

Token Refund (/T):

1. Refund of Unused or Used Tokens. Tokens are rewarded to users by myConfucius for various purposes. When members withdraw from registered course, tokens will be automatically credited back to your account.

2. Tokens cannot be turn into cash. Tokens are use or lose.

Rules and Regulations

• By withdrawing from course within 24 hours of first class will allow students to get prorated credit of funds/tokens. Credit will be applied within 10 business days.

• Unused funds will remain active with myConfucius for as long as account is active. When account is deactivated, funds will be refunded to account owner less processing fees (check your payment system such as Paypal for fees charged.)  Tokens are valid for up to 2 years, and forfeited when account is deactivated.

• Users may file dispute with myConfucius to request refund for courses taken for the following reasons:

  1. Instructor was missing during the entire first class and without prior notice.

  2. Instructor was late more than 15 minutes to the class and fail to provide adequate make up of time lost due to absence.
